24 HR FITNESS KAPIOLANI - PRE & POST WORKOUT MEALS We're located right across the street from 24 HR FITNESS on Kapoiolani Boulevard in the strip mall where 7-11 is located. We serve an array of healthy pre & post workout meals.
Whether it's lean steak, grilled herb-roasted chicken breast, fresh island fish and assorted steamed vegetables including broccoli, carrots, sauteed spinach or corn; brown-rice, a baked potato or fresh, hand-picked Nalo greens, you can load up with fiberous and/or complex carbohydrates and lean protien before and/or after your workout.
NOW SERVING: 'NALO GREENS' Now offering "Nalo Greens" as an option for your salads or with plate lunches; it makes it "that much better." We tried it and thought it would be a perfect compliment to our dishes; it is and has been extremely well received thus far. A blend of over 10 different greens grown fresh locally in Waimanalo, Hawaii, handpicked, cleaned and delivered.
MANAGEMENT RECOMMENDATION: ALL TAKE OUT ORDER'S For TAKE OUT orders, we recommend requesting your steak done 1-2 temperature's below desired. Our steaks are prepared to order and the steam within the container continues to cook the steak when you leave. While we always recommend our customer's eat it "fresh off the grill" sometimes schedule restraints or other variable's prevent this and we understand; however, we've received feedback about steaks being overcooked; hence, this notice.
